At Bayer Multi Vendor Service, our products look and perform like-new.We rebuild versus repair. Expect the best!

Our repair processes mimic the production process: Dis-assembly and reassembly, Full repair to like-new condition.

  • Bayer will not patch and paint cables or probe housings. Bayer replaces these to insure like new appearance AND performance.
  • Bayer will not cut-back and shorten a transducer cable (which is an economy-based repair approach to cable intermittencies). Bayer replaces the entire wiring harness.
  • Bayer will not splice or attempt to repair broken wiring. Bayer replaces the entire wiring harness.
  • Our acoustic lenses are molded, not poured, in order to insure consistent shape, thickness and uniformity
  • Bayer will not use adhesives to permanently secure or patch a strain relief. This can render a probe unrepairable on the next service event.
  • Bayer will not “attempt” a repair. Bayer only offers repairs for which we have ISO certified quality repair processes.
  • Some repair providers use materials that are incompatible with OEM components, yet will allow the probe to function. Bayer uses replacement components with equal or equivalent dimensioning and performance specifications to that of the OEM. This insures that the probe can be repaired using proven repair processes on subsequent service events.
