Oakwood enhances imaging services with new Q-Rad-DIGITAL DRX Radiographic System at Canton Healthcare Center

Medical equipment manufacturer, Quantum Medical Imaging has completed installation of a Quantum Q-Rad-DIGITAL DRX Radiographic System at Oakwood Healthcare Center in Canton, MI. The sale and installation was facilitated by Kalamazoo X-Ray Sales Inc. in Michigan that is a certified Quantum / Carestream Dealer.

The Q-RAD-Digital DRX system installed at Oakwood Healthcare Center in Canton features a fully integrated x-ray room that consists of a Quantum 65kW generator with High Speed Starter, a Ceiling Mounted Tube Support with TechVision, a QW-420-D Wall Stand with a Fixed DRX Cesium detector, a QT-750-D Elevating Float-Top Table and a Wireless DRX-1C Cesium detector providing “lower dose imaging” for shared use in the Table and Table Top configurations for improved patient care.
