EQ2 has added many new features to its already strong CMMS HEMS Enterprise software. These include Tester Calibration management, Datrend vPad Enhanced Integration, Rigel 288 Integration, ability to create multiple work orders with one click for Recall, Incoming Inspection and Retirement, and universal mobile interface. Along with the standard HEMS Enterprise edition, EQ2 also has HEMS Best Practices edition that enables a multi-hospital corporation to centrally manage and control corporate policies and procedures while enhancing technician productivity.

Quick Work Order and Equipment wizards enable users to update multiple work orders or devices with a single click. Excel Inventory Files can be entered with the Import Wizard which applies the corporate policies and procedures as per Best Practice standards. All concerns about UMDNS, GMDN, UDI, DNI and MEMP are automatically handled by the system.

EQ2 also provides graphical dashboards for managers and technicians to quickly view the key performance indicators for their department and for themselves.

The TEAM Dashboard provides a window for viewing both summary and drilldown metrics on work orders and equipment throughout the institution. Metrics include Failure Analytics, Equipment Cost analysis, PM Analysis, CMs Analysis, employee productivity and Parts analysis.

The HEMS Alerts and Recall module is completely integrated with ECRI’s CMMS integrations services. This allows HEMS users and management to find, to issue and review alerts and recalls on all impacted devices anywhere in the institution.

The Universal Medical Device Testing Platform (UMDTP) provides interoperability with all major Electrical Safety Analyzers (ESA) including Rigel, Datrend, and Fluke. HEMS also tracks test equipment used for testing and calibration. DNV requirements for test device tracking certification are met and automated. HEMS works with the HL7 IHE PCD MEMLS profile providing communication with other systems including RTLS. In January 2015 EQ2 was the only CMMS vendor to demonstrate and have interconnectivity certified at the IHE Connectathon. EQ2’s Training Module provides the tools for assuring the hospital’s MEMP training is complete. It covers all aspects of training management including both CE personnel and floor staff and nurses.

The Mobile Interface Module allows technicians to update or create Work Orders from anywhere using portable devices with Android, IOS or Windows OS.

And, HEMS Enterprise is now available on a local server or a hosted cloud source. For complete details on how HEMS can meet your needs, visit the EQ2 at Booth # 819 during the AAMI show. For additional information, please visit our web site at www.eq2.com.
