PartsSource Celebrates 15 Years in the Industry

A historic milestone has been reached by achieving our 15th anniversary as a company.

A decade and a half ago, this company organized a marketplace of OEM alternative suppliers for the first time in the industry. That position of strength ensured that OEMs continued to provide competitive prices and opened the door to our representation of both OEM and OEM alternative under the same roof for the first time in the industry. Our growth and success allowed for significant investment in technology, initially focused internally, and subsequent released externally for the first time in the industry.

Today, we continue to brings firsts to the industry within a culture of innovation. In the way we partner and in the way we serve to lower the delivery costs of healthcare. This year we will procure over 1,000,000 items on behalf of our client partners, as compared with 7,000 in our first year. We’ve come a long way from where we started, and will continue to evolve our people, process and technology to innovate and improve.

For the courage, spirit of conviction and willingness to change the status quo, I‘d like to note especially the contribution of Ray Dalton, Jeff Dalton, Lori Crotty, Pat Fortunato and Charlie Koch, all who were here at the start and maintain active involvement in our success on this anniversary.

The need for our services, products, technology and expertise has never been higher, and importantly, the market has shifted positively in our direction the last number of years as hospitals are recognizing a growing need to focus on cost savings, efficiency and scalable process. The next 15 years bode very well for our value proposition and our business.
