In today's edition of the MedWrench blog I want to continue to offer helpful insight on how to best utilize MedWrench as well as the forums. Last week I touched on the topic of equipment manuals on MedWrench and judging by the comments on the blog thread, as well as the number of shares the content received, it was apparent the information was helpful. This week, I want to continue with more hints on how to best utilize the forums. Just like "there is nothing new under the sun", most of the problems our MedWrenchers face have been seen before by fellow their biomeds. In fact, there are numerous instances where I see users asking questions that have been asked before on MedWrench. The forum tips below can be helpful to streamline your troubleshooting process and possibly save you down time on your equipment. Here is a great example. See below for a break down.

Step 1: Look up your equipment using the "Find Your Equipment" drop down menu.

Step 2: Scroll down beneath the product information to the "Questions and Answers" section and click "See all Questions and Answers".

Step 3: Scroll through all of the forum posts to see if any of the questions involve similar errors as the ones you are experiencing.
