You may have seen him answering questions under the username Ceshop, so if he has ever helped resolve any of your equipment issues be sure to thank him in the comments section! MedWrench is thankful for all of our users and we appreciate the extra mile you are all willing to go in order to help one another troubleshoot errors on your equipment. How long have you been a member of MedWrench?

I think it has been about two years since I stumbled upon MedWrench.

 

What aspect of MedWrench do you utilize the most?
 
I like to look at new products and become familiar. MedWrench is also a great source for service information and I like to provide help to others.
 
 
 
Are you aware that MedWrench now has a mobile site? If so do you use it from your smart phone or tablet?
 
I currently only use MedWrench from my desktop.
 
 
 
What do you like most about MedWrench?
 
I would have to say the access to the library of product information.
 
 
 
Where are you currently employed? What is your position there?
 
I am a Strategic Modality Director at Aramark Healthcare Technologies where I provide technical support to Aramark field staff.
 
 
 
What type of equipment do you work on the most?
 
Mostly imaging, patient monitoring, etc. if applicable. I work on all modalities of Imaging equipment.
 
 
 
In your current position do you purchase parts? If so, what is your role in the process?
 
Yes I recommend parts and many times who to purchase from. I also will have the engineer in the field provide me data off a part and second source it from a second source.
 
 
 
What are some of the best aspects of your job?
 
I would have to say the ability to help others is one of the best aspects.
 
 
 
What are your hobbies?
 
Let'se see.... I enjoy golf, fishing, spending time with my grandbaby and traveling to name a few.
 
 
 
 
What is one word that describes you the best?
 
Knowledgeable (39years of experience)
