Printer paper is moving left and roller bar sometimes does not advance paper properly. Have cleaned roller and adjusted paper but after a short while, the problem repeats itself. I have seen suggestions that a new roller is needed. If so, does anyone know where I can purchase the correct roller? Thank you.

This unit is currently obsolete and parts are no longer available from Mortara/Burdick. Image Quest does flat rate repairs on these units at an economical price. They can be contacted at 1-855-813-8100
