The roller makes a wierd sound when we try to load the paper and jams intermittently.Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

inspect for small paper pieces inside jamming also check the roller to see if the plastic gear teeth are damaged.

Thanks, Chris.There are no small pieces of paper jamming it. How do I check the plastic gear teeth? If it is damaged, do you know where I can get it fixed or replaced?

The device needs to be opened to check the printer mechanism. The device is obsolete and cannot be repaired by Mortara Instument / Burdick.
