Hello, I have a BV Pulsera that intermittently will not turn on the monitor cart. The C-Arm turns on and boots up but not the monitor cart. When this happens I can press the on button and i hear a relay clicking on the board at the bottom but the CPU never turns on. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has a service manual or schematics that would help too. Thanks for your time.
