When I power the system up I get an error E24 and I have noticed that the collimator is not calibrating to a home position. No collimator movement at all.
F3 is ok
Measured ribbon cable through U45.
What to try?

E 24 has to do with the collimator pot. You either have a bad swivel harness or 325 board. You have to ohm out the cable wires to/from collimator, there should be a couple spare wires in the harness.
