printer roller is not movind

This could be a couple of things. If it is not acting like it is out of paper, then try and print and see if you can hear whether the motor is moving or not. If it is then it could be either the cog on the roller or the motor is misaligned or teeth are missing. If the motor is not even trying to move then it could be the motor or the main board.
