hello! I have problem with this ultrasound device which gives continuous bip and no display at start up. there is no ligth on the keyboard. can anyone help me?

This could be several things. I would recommend that you send it in to Image Quest for repair. They have expertise with small ultrasound machines and will evaluate the unit for free. They have fixed Sonosites for me at a very competitive price. You can call them at 1-855-813-8100
