I have Ultrasound machine HP sonos 2000. When i turn on my machine then sudden he hang and display an error.

The DF30E error is a non-recoverable software error in the scan convertor electronics. The EE5E2 is a conditional error that means a bad test RF signal in the scanner. (I'm not sure what that means. It sounds like it has to do with a diagnostic test the system runs to check the hardware and software.) This could be caused by a bad Key Processor board, or one of the other 2 boards that have the software that controls the system.
Are you able to get to press the Test key and get to the main test menu in order to run diagnostics and look at the error logs? My guess is that you will not be able to get into Test. You may need to go to a minimum configuration and run the Stand Alone Basic test to isolate the failure.
Go to the HP 5500 product and look up the Run Time Errors. They are the same errors. http://photos.medwrench.com/equipmentManuals/3626-2845.pdf. Just drop the first to characters they are Subsystem and Error Condition. For Example the EE5E2 error above, drop the EE and you will be searching for 5E2.
Hello Mr Ferguson, i have some issues with an HP-Sonos2000, when I turn it on the boards appear to be powered and also the touchscreens and main screen, but there is no reaction, image or test menus with the minimum configuration, any help?
