Are you able to press OK when the System Error messages comes up?

Does it reboot the system or take you into imaging?

Have you tried booting the system without any probes connected?

I am able to press ok, but then the system locks up at that point. It neither reboots or goes to imaging.    Yes, I did try without probes engaged.

You should try to boot in minimum  configuration and see if it will boot to simulator mode. Disconnect the BEP to backplane cable and pull pull all the front end cards off the connectors. If it boots into simulator mode you can start by reconnecting the backplane cable. Then each card in the rack one at a time. If one of them keeps it from booting to simulator mode, I would suspect that one.

If it won't boot to simulator mode at all in minimum configuration, you may have gotten a faulty power supply.

It wasn’t broken until I fixed it.
