Earlier this year, I helped someone donate a Terason 2000 hand held ultrasound (with a Gateway Model No. solo 9300) to an African dispensary. Today I received the following message from them.
"The ultrasound worked one day only when we tried the next day it never worked; the system does not detect the probes. Our engineer tried to re install the software but in vain, he has tried everythingbut without success."
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
