key processor error

Please can anybody help me with my HP SONOS 2500 error,when I was working on it,the machine display certain error then i carry out run time error and another error display

K010C-0001 RST KEY PROCESSOR

Am worried about this problem and want solution as soon as posible.

This indicates a switch matrix failure. The switch matrix circuits are on the 6 Course Delay (CDLY) boards, A2-7.
