You will have to contact your Stryker sales rep to get pricing on the kits.  Make sure to let him know if you have the N1 or the N2 models so you can get the correct pricing.

The N1 units have a level 1 and a level 2 kit available.  The N2 only has one kit.

As far as the PM goes, it is fairly straight forward.  Replace the parts in the kit.  Open up the canisters and clean out using a toilet brush.  Do not use bleach as a cleaning agent as it is bad for the seals.  Check the vacuum with it set to max.  It should not exceed 19 inches on the N1 and 21 on the N2, if there off there is an ajustment.  Just ask and I can tell you.

As far as a service manual, they are available to trained techs only, sorry.

We banned Stryker from our facility because of their not allowing us to have service manuals on the shelf (CMS requirement by the way).  Any facility which takes medicare/medicaid needs to pay attention as not having the service manuals on site makes them at risk of losing their reimbursement for federal payment via CMS guidelines... Just saying.. We do not allow any equipment where the manufacturer illegally tells you that you are not entitled to a service manual.

If you are wise, you will kick them out as well.
