Power Supply issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the power supply / charger. When the charger is plugged in to the wall, it creates the 15v DC and 13v DC on two of the pins that plug in to the machine. When the charger is connected to the machine, and the power button is pressed, the machine does not turn on. However, upon removing the charger again, all voltages drop to zero on the output from the charger. If the charger is unplugged from the wall and plugged back in, the 13v and 15v DC reappear. They will disappear once again when connected to the machine and attempting to turn the machine on. In this state, nothing can be done to turn the machine on.

We've gotten a new charger, and the same issues are happening. If anyone has an insight into possible problems or has noticed anything like this before, we would be greatly appreciative for your insight.

Justin

I would check to see if the DC jack on the mother board has come loose.Sometimes when people push the power cord into hard it will make the solder connections break on the pcb/mother board. Hope this helps.
