Hello. I see on my BIOS screen that my HD11XE has a bizarre combination of 2x512MB and 2x256Mb RAM memory. Would this be upgradeable to 4Gb? Has anyone done this? Would it improve frame rates?

I think u can have a try , it do harmless to the device maybe the system can recognize the capacity?but i do not think that can improve frame rates,
software loading fast that's my idear

The RAMs has been allocated for specific software applications. Changing this may result intermittent in operations, system lockups and/or inaccurate measurements and calculations. The ultrasound frame rate is controlled by the software and the frontend hardware. Please do not attempt this.
