GE OEC 9800 precharge voltage error

hi

    i need a solution for  GE OEC 9800 c arm , pre charge voltage error  while booting the machine it stucked on arrow no 15 then this error comes...the battery voltage is showing 200v..when i tried to change the voltage in x ray controller board  TP! and TP3 its not changing..so help me on this

Check your main batteries, you have a dead cell in one of them. Check without a load and then with a load.

Your charger bd could also be the problem how old are the batteries you will need to check the current when the batteries are charging

thanks....i have checked the voltages its 200v at both loads.. sometimes if you not switched on the machine for 2 or 3 days the nextday machine will work without any error..if u restart again precharge error will come... i have another 9900 in that model the battery voltage is 225v which is working fine.....

...problem solved one of the cell lead got burn  i have replaced now working fine....thank you

       dear i have another OEC 9900 elite model in which the cine is not working after bootup..a message CINE DISK NOT AVAILABLE will come but rest of the things work i have cross checked hdd in another machinestatus was same so how i reload the cine software...reply

Cine problems with 9900s in my experience is almost always the SATA cable. I carry spares for this reason alone
