I'm trying to reset this error message "vessel shuttle guide problem" but not able to clear it. please help me to locate this promble. Is this in the vessel load area?

Clean the mechanical part of the Vessel Shuttle. Check and clean the discharge line, some times the vessel blocked the discharged line thats drain directly to waste container (small). Please, send the code number.

Thank you very much for your support Ed, but i will keep this in mind just in case i run into this vessel shuttle problem in the future. i got my problem fixed. It looks like there was no torque on the motor probably a loose connection at the vessel transfer pcb. i unpluged the connector and checked the other end of the connection to the slot boards to make sure they are good then re-insert the connector to the vessel transfer board and reset the message. then everything was initialized, the problem was solved.
