The CRT monitor comes out blank, and the control panel/keyboard does does not pwer on. Could there posiblly a fuse blown?Any troubleshooting hints?

Pull the left side panel and check the big bus bar for 5.0 volts. Also look for 3.3 Volts in that area. Do you hear any fans come on during boot?
To view the boot sequence hold the MHZ key up and the V key down as you push the power switch. Take a picture of what you see on the screen as this will show the boot sequence. You will see the boot sequence scroll pretty fast and may have to do this a few times.
Note any PUT failures and email me: jeff.majors62@gmail.com or any of the others you trust to review the boot sequence. Possible causes of failure include: FPP, PIC, Main Power supply, RDP and Hard Drive and sometimes a board like the Transmitter dragging down the main supply.
