Note "PRES " is showing on the machine, do you know what's that mean? Is it something deal with the pressure? Before this, ERROR #20 was shown. Thanks.

RPI has a nice trouble shooting chart on their website for the Validator 8+ /10+ there are a number of things that can cause the PRES alarm. check that out.

has a troublshooting guide as well as a guide for testing the Triac that controlls the heat.
BTW that might actualy ber the H2O Error you are seeing.
