My Sonoline sienna ulrasound machine is in German and i do not have the manual,i wish to know how i can change the language from German to English and also wish to buy the users manual in English

So what will it take for me to solve the problems i am having with my ultrasound machine?Change the language from German to English and get the User s manual?
