Troubleshooting

we have the above ultrasound in our facility in Nairobi, kenya. the unit comes On and the monitor lights up but is just blank.

what might be the cause of this problem, Might it be tha CPU board or the Hard drive?

I would recommend you to check the power supplies and voltages in the system. There are 3 separate power supply boards (Analog, Digital & Master) inside the cardcage. Check the LEDs on Master PS. It usually tells you which PS is faulty. Good luck.

typically when the system boots up and all you see is a grey monitor, we replace the CPU board and at time the PSM board,  getting support can be a little tricky but feel free to email or use the chat function on our website.

Let's not confuse about the power supply. HDI3000 has 3 separate PS PCBs. HDI5000 has one single PSM (Power Supply Module).
