There is no way to reload the software. If the CMOS battery was replaced and the unit stops at the BIOS configuration page, Mortara Instrument can supply the setting to reset the BIOS. Please send an email to QBtechsupport@mortara.com requesting the BIOS documentation.

My Burdick Quest boot, but only goes up to 33% and stay there. I need to know if it can be restored from a backup that could be saved into the disk. If this is possible, what steps should I follow, please
