Parts source needed for Skytron 6500 hand control BUTTONS

For what it's worth, Rix, that is the one part of the pendant that has no part number in the parts manual for the 6500. (Not knowing if you have a parts manual or not)It simply states that the S/N and function are needed. I tried...

I had to replace the hand controller for a 6001N table. the new one dosen't even have the individual buttons like the old one it is all membrane switches. cost $2000.

I don't know if you can get just the buttons, but I do know that Image Quest repairs these units for a flat rate repair price that is lower than replacing the unit. You can reach them at 1-855-813-8100

Medrecon has these buttons available but it's best to send your remote for repair. There is a very good chance that the microswitches or springs beneath the buttons are damaged, or the plate that surrounds the buttons may be cracked. If any of these parts are damaged, the remote will not function properly 100% of the time.
