Would anyone have the tech lit for the Philips Veradius? We're getting a "M395 Battery OK, hardware error in generator" as soon as we try to expose.
The error is the same in the BV family manual (Pulsera, etc..) but the internal layout is clearly different.
Battery voltage is good. Filament glows at the tube. No voltage drop when we try to expose, but hear/feel relay engage. Anyone have insight or experience with this error?
