Trying to track down details on a M 010 error on a BV-Pulsera. Error isn't in the manual I downloaded from these forums, and doesn't seem to affect operation of the unit. Thinking I need BV-Scope software to connect and troubleshoot.
Anyone have some insight on this?

M010 is saying SHA1 bd SuCo combo self test failed say replace bd the problem could be the bat ram on the bd is bad or the bd is bad you will can replace the chip and reloaded the software that would be the first thing I would before replacing the bd

If it's a Pulsera, it should load to your laptop after you connect to it. Set your ip to 192.168.1.60, connect crossover cable to service socket. put the Pulsera into service mode, ping to verify connection. In your broser, input 192.168.1.61:54670
it should start the transfer.
but without a dongle, you will be limited in the access
