I have so many welch allyn model 692 thermometer but its showing error e50 will you please suggest me what is the remedy of this error and can you please send me the complete service manual.

E5.0 Error is a bad probe.  Try switching probes

Bob is right, we have a bunch that get E5.0, we just replace the probe and its fine.
