You likely have a bad BEP power supply or the BEP itself. What is on the screen? Any error messages? Does system reboot itself?

Also, have you tried tapping the delete key during boot so you get to the Bios screen? Have you checked system voltages? Do the fans run at all? Do you have an external monitor or printer to plug in that will show how far in the boot process you are? Best thing is to baseline where you are in terms of AC and DC power along with boot then contact one of Matt's tech support specialists at Conquest or any of the many GE support companies such as Aero Medical or AUE. There is also the possibility that the Video board in the BEP is overheating. Check to see if it has a fan, clogged with dust or not running.
