Did you see an "Error 25" on the display?

Fan always in high speed causes:

1. The heat sink temperature

sensor thermistor is defective.

2. Defective control board.

Solutions:

1. Check heat sink temperature sensor thermistor.

2. If the thermistor is OK replace the control board.

I have a copy of the service manual that covers this. If you'd like it, I can email it to you.

It's the sensor at the bottom of the unit. The one that screws into the bottom. I was hoping your service manual has the part number. I also need the air probe cable going to the incubator. If you have it.

Thermostat..................................................... 6600-1019-600

 Heat sink probe.............................................. 6600-0226-850

Here are the two that look like they screw into the bottom of the unit. I'm not sure which one you need, but my guess would be the heat sink probe? The air flow sensor is listed below.

Air flow sensor (includes wire harness)

......... 6600-0820-700

Thermostat..................................................... 6600-1019-600

Go to the page 2 of the service menu and look at the HSP value. At 25deg.C

the value should be 2000 ohms. If the value is way off then the heat sink

temperature sensor thermistor (part # 6600-0819-700) is defective or one of the

wires is nicked. If the thermistor is OK then replace the Control Board according

to the service manual.

Call GE tech support at 800-345-2700 for instructions on how to downlaod a

service manual.
