BV_scope can active if you have IST software from Philips. I think no way for you in this case.

I've tried to use an operable, but old PMS_sec Reader key, unsuccessfully. I'm not sure about the ie and firewall settings, because I didn't got any access error. Thats why I was wondering about how I can find an access key. IST of course is not the case now  (I'm an ex philips engineer...) but I heard a story about GE multi vendor business and they supply keys. Have you any info about? Many Thanks!
