nv ram erreur

I am suffering from a similar problem. Please, could some one be kind enough to enlighten me on how to go about it? Thanks

Non Volitile Ram error......calibrate the system or reload software. Something in the calibration info in memory does not correlate correctly with what the system is reporting. On x-ray systems (especially AMX 4 portables) this is due to a mis-calibrated system.

Hi xrayxpert, I got the same calibration problem here. Could you tell how to reload the software and where can we find that software?
