Alok SSD-500 text scrolling issue

Respected Sir, I have the SSD-500 machine containing board series of 28xx. I could no use it for few weeks, but now when i turned it on, the text on B-Mode image like hospital name, scale, date etc is scrolling downwards. Also want to bring into your notice same issue is observd on all mmode including BB, M and M-B. All the rest of the functions of machine are working perfectly. Kindly tell how to resolve this issue?

Loss of Vert. Sync. The caps. On the monitor PCB are drifting. Depending on the version the internal monitor controls are on top or back of machine when case is off. Clean controls and adj. as needed.

i checek that part.. those caps are related to synchronization f coplet image including bmode and text. but this isse is just related to text. bmode is at its place...
