Bv pulsara R 1.2 and up has the service software embedded in the system. It is accessible via browser to the system ip address/port 5000; most commonly 192.168.60.1 (laptop's static ip set to 60.5 or something) Or if its a bv 300 or older revision pulsera (1.1) you would need the service software X scope. Normally that is supplied with the system documentation.
