There is no external adjustment for contrast. There is a brightness adjustment. Press Setup, then touch the Touch Light button on the bottom row of the right touch screen. Turn the Touch Light rotary control to the right to brighten it.

It sounds like the right touch screen needs to be replaced. You can send a picture to Service@AUEtulsa.com.

Thank you for the picture, that shows both touch screens are so bright it is very difficult to see the touch buttons on them. It is possible that the Touch Light control can be used to reduce the brightness, although the contrast may not be high enough to be able to read the touch buttons. Press the Setup button just to the right of the Test button. It is labeled Einstellen on your system. Wait a few seconds until the LED on the control illuminates, then look for a button called Touch Light on the right Touch Panel. If you cannot identify the button, try adjusting each encoder under the right Touch Panel to see if you change the brightness.

If you are unable to adjust the brightness in order to see the touch buttons, tThere is a good chance the Keyscanner/Audio board is defective. It provides the video control for the Touch Panels. There are cables going from the Keyscanner to each of the panels that provides the video signals.
