PM checklist for Logiq E9

Looking for a detailed PM report for the Logiq E9.

On GE's CDL site I found document 5535208-100 (Service Manual) with the steps for a routine PM, but no actual PM report template. Trying to save some time by not creating my own report from the checklist.

When you call in GE, does your rep leave a detailed report? ...or just a note that the PM was performed according to mfgr spec's?

Thanks,
David

Would you like for me to email you the form or another way?

David,

Please contact me at jeff.majors62@gmail.com for detailed pm checklist. I just spent 30 minutes responding and my iPad kicked me out of this thread. Lots of things to perform but worth the effort for ACR accreditation, customer confidence and revenue generation. Don't do the Blow and Go PM as some do (you know who you are) and educate your customers on what a good PM is all about. I have a short video on YouTube. Search Ultrasound PM if you want to see my video. A little dry but contains important info. If you send me an emai I will give you the direct link.

Jeff is correct, its not just about going through the list but also being able to make the adjustments necessary to prevent any issues in the future.

We have a large video library on our website that shows dissasembly to help you get into the system, with E9 dust control is the biggest issue you face.

The ACR checklist is a great starting point you can find it by following this link.

The ACR PM report is a good starting point but they leave out a lot of things. I will attempt to post a link to a video I did on a thorough PM. Kind of dry and needs to be re shot but the content can help you come up with your own version of a PM form.

GE older documentation , and typically all service manuals, contain a PM checklist, I believe under the Preventive Maintenance section. The older form is still used currently, and is more detailed than "PM Completed" on paperwork. I was a GE service engineer for some years, and in my current position I always leave a Certificate of Preventiver Maintenance as well as a detailed checklist, with appropriate comments.

One more point that should be mentioned is to put a PM sticker on every system after completion. This sticker reminds the customer when the next one is due (every 6 months for ACR accreditation) and is very good advertising if you include company name, website and contact info.
