Does anyone have a source for the service manual

Philips part ordering; 800-722-9377. The one we have is an older version, part number 4535 613 13982. Philips Response will give you the new part number for it, and the price. (It is not cheap, seems a bit much to be for "copying and distribution" as the FDA expects). I think the new version has the CX50 and CX30 combined into one manual.

Heres a link to the user manual with some basic trouble shooting. Most common problem with these is the power jack becomes loose on the mobo after the user continually pushes the power conector into the jack to hard. Also the boards will come loose inside causing monitor flickers and drop outs. This is also caused by the user raming the cart into a wall or closing the monitor hard. Reseating the connections and board will help resolve most issues. If fluid is spilt on the unit you can try cleaning the circuit boards if there is any evidence of corrosion with isopropyl alchol of course this will void any past work and do this at your own risk.
