A local doctor's office has a BV Pulsera that gives an M211 error code. Does anyone have a service manual for this c-arm ? I have 2 Philips BV 300 and 5 GEOEC 9800 c-arms at my hospital, but no Pulsera units.

M211 system not available. The BIST of the timing control board has failed because safety is active. check hand or foot switches. check cabling

The system is shooting x-rays fine. The M211 error says it is the Camera Iris Postioning Error.
They do not use a foot switch with this unit. The tech stated it made a noise similar to a fan going out before giving the M211 error.
Rebooting the system does not make a difference. Error comes back after power on.
