TOSHIBA APLIO 50 SOFTWARE

Hi All:

I have a Toshiba Aplio 50 with software problems. Someone have expertise in this unit? I made a System Backup but I dont have any idea to get the software

SW 7.00R002.

Any ideas?? a possible Software Image or HDD with software installed? Please let me know any suggestions.
