I have a customer with a Sonoace 8000 3d that shows error code 32 and lockups intermittently (keyboard not working. Turning machine off then on usually solves the problem. Monitor shows lots of grey lines and no image and no time or date according to customer. Who has parts and tech support for this product? Jeff Majors
