Hard to obtain headphone and 2conductor cord

I am located in suriname, south america and maintain a audio-video service center. Our local family dr needs badly a headphone pn 23222 and a audiometry single patch cord 2cond pn23221 for his welch allyn manual audiometer am232.I could find the 2cond cord at amazone but don't know why it is hard to find the headphone.

I contacted manufacturer welch allyn and other sellers online,no luck.Do they need permission to sell it ?Mooremedical.com advised to create an account online but I can't access their site.

Where can I find it for my customer ?

Thanks

I re-ordered LCD2 rev1 with amplifier_surgery's custom cable after our 4-year departure. Turns out to be a huge disappointment. The headphones are fine but em cable just doesn't inspire any confidence. What seems so thick on stock photo turns out to be thin.

So now I'm left with the only option: to build my own cable. I've bought the mini-XLR connectors and 1/4 plug, but as for bare wire, all tutorials seem to use quad conductor wires. Is there any way I can use 2-conductor wires (like those monoprice microphone cable) to build a headphone cable?
