Crescendo not Available in sonoline G50

you have a problem with windows or the hard disk that controls windows.

you need to get a monitor and ps2 keyboard and mouse.

open the the machine on the back

connect the mouse & keyboard

disconect the video cable from the pc were you connect the keyboard and connect the monitor

with this you are going to be able to see windows computer and ultrasound system.

if windows starts run check disk and fragmentation of the computer.

if it doesn´t start you need to take the hard disk and scan it with another computer and try to repair it.

if it´s damage need to replace it with a new one, and use the disks of dimaq installation and the backup configuration.

Dear mr. Gabriel, thank you for ur help. I wounder if the hard disk mulfunction, because the device works when eximinnig pateints, but during my exam the crecsendo error massaege appears abd ask to press ok. And during shutdown another massege DIMAQ- IP is busy cuasing delay in shutdown, but sometimes the massege not appears.

Note that i had bought the machine as used one and when i entered to the system it asked me to defragment the device, may be this is the error.

The machine has 2 hard disk one for the ultrasound system and the other for windows that controls the peripherals and software like cresendo, patients list and images store.

Dimaq is the interfase between windows and ultrasound system and it is control by Windows, that is why the error message of the cresendo and dima means a problem on the windows. I have repair several machines with this errors by doing a hard disk change.

Can you help me how to repair the hard disk or change it, and whether can use a pc or laptop harddisk.

Tengo el mismo problema con el Dimaq-ip, desarrolle una aplicacion en PHP para comunicarme con el ecografo, y debido a los constantes cortes de electricidad (y que el equipo no tiene UPS, se me daño el Sistema Operativo del ecografo)....no me puedo comunicar con el ecografo por la Red, se desapareció la parte de Network en el menu F4....Vi por ahi que es un archivo del S.O que está corrupto ? tengo los Discos MO (Disk System, Preset Data, Dicom 3.0, Modality WorkList) y Los CDs del Dimaq-Ip, pero no se cual de ellos contiene el Sistema Operativo Windows 2000 ??? si me puedes dar el paso a paso para reinstalar El S.O con sus programas te lo agradezco hermano !! mi correo es loretoruiz@hotmail.com.
