Aloka SSD-3500SV error

Dear all

I have a trouble with my Aloka SSD-3500SV

When systems start, it display a message bellow :

"Servo Communication Test (EO1) 0x20 - 0x7E Error (EO1)
Send : 32 Receive : 87"

next message is :

"VOL Servo Program Download Error"

and last message is :

"VOL Servo Write Check Error
Send Character
XQ #FDHOME,0;"

What can I do to repair this corrupt?

Dear sir.

I'm sorry the late for my response.

First, check your system remove the 3D probe or Volume-mode kit (1 PC board) and 3D Probe together.

This problem is caused by 3D kit or probe I think.

Please inform me about more detailed informations for it.
