Does the system boot to any error messages? Or does it just sit there with no fans on and a black screen when you hit the power button? If you hear fans and see FPP Power on Pass upper left of keyboard then plug in an external monitor or printer to the composite bnc connecter back of system. If you see video your monitor is bad.

What do you mean by smps? I'm guessing power supply and probably the DC Power supply. Check that for 3.3V and 5.0V DC on the big bus bars. If one is missing you either have loading from a board or the supply is bad. Try taking the system down to minimum config and boot again checking supplies.

Call me if you need parts or help.

Hello,

There are LEDs on the lower left area of the rear panel that will indicate a bad MDI (DC) power supply. If they are illuminated, you likely have a bad supply.

does it show  "No DVI signal" on the screen ? If so, check if the video card fan is working (on)  , the video card could be damage.  The video card has a DVI-D conector. and it's connected to the PCI slot of the main mother board. The fan has 3 cables (red and black are the dc power )  and one cable (yellow) returns the control signal to the processor of the computer.
