I have an ultrasound Logiq500. Now, the hard disk is broken, so didn't started the program. Can you help me, how can to fix it?

The mistake displays on screen "SYS ERROR: SCSI ERROR. DEVICE:0.0 CODE:20166"
After that, I have installed software in new hard disk until completed. And then I power on system, the error appear "SYS ERROR: FILE NOT FOUND. FILE: KRNL00.LO" I don't know what to do...Please help me.
