Measurements not accepting SET/ ENTER Keys

Looks like you have either a problem with the keys themselves sticking or possibly the trackball is faulty. 

The keys and the trackball have been tested and are OK. Is there any configuration or software issue that cab do that?

Please clarify: are you entering measurements into a calcs package? Or are you just using basic measurement calcs. When you push the calc or caliper button, does the first position point come up? Sequence of error might be helpful...

On basic measurements we get the first point and move it with the trackball but do not fix it with SET/ ENTER for apearing the second mark, but the keys are working fine.

No expert here but personally would consider changing the location of the caliper button through the user function panel to see if maybe the issue is not a short in that specific button... If that makes sense

How can I do that reprogramming?
