4028 ---> is usually a bad Memoskop, but occasionally can be a bad connection on the SG cable connection at X-10 (the main interface cable connecting to the c-ram)

Error E4028 Memoskop unexpected acq end signal

Possible trouble: Host registered unexpected acq end signal of the Memoskop.

Possible help: Check faults on the Memoskop acquisition cable (D1.X10.27).

Check Memoskop.

Check connection cables to the Memoskop.

5006 ---> is an indication that S2 is set to "off" on the D-1 PC Board. (this can happen accidentally during troubleshooting, or during R/R of the d-1 board, etc.)

Otherwise, it may be a "glitch", if it does not recur.

Error E5006 Gen. tried X-Ray on without SS relais

Possible trouble: Generator attempts radiation with SS relay switched off.

Possible help: D1, switch S2 in wrong position.

D1 defective.
