Memory access violation

Problem occurs occasionally during backup. Blue screen appears and error 0x7C93426D adress module ntdll.dll (0x7C900000). I need to restart to work properly.

memory dump: 40 0C 89 85 5C FF FF FF 8B 00 3B 42 04 0F 85 13 01.

Any idea?
